One of those was a kAtheRine Tilton pattern, Butterick 5891. And that is what I have up for grabs. It is an unopen, uncut, multi-sized pattern. This pattern contains sizes 8-10-12-14-16.

Here is the drill:
✄ Promise not to sell it,
✄ Give it a good home where you will sew it up and share it with others.
✄ Tell us what pattern you used for your favourite make of 2013 and why you would recommend the pattern to others.
✄ You have until Thursday, January 9th, 2014 to enter.
✄ This give-away is open to anyone, I'll ship internationally.
And good luck.
How cool Graca! I was eyeing this pattern recently so I would love to enter.
ReplyDelete*I will NOT sell it
*I will love it and make something cool from it
*My favorite pattern of 2013 has to be McCall's 6844. It is quick and easy to sew, it is flattering on everyone who has made it, I am currently making up version #4 in the most divine cocoa colored ponte!
Yay a New Years giveaway! My favourite pattern make of the year was a surprise. It was my first ever Lekela pattern make, #6131 an asymmetric zip hoodie for my boyfriend. You actually enter the measurements needed when you order your pattern and they make a pattern in the exact size requested. I made it in an uber soft bamboo sweatshirt knit and it fit him perfectly! The only alteration I made was lengthening the top because he thought it was too short. I just noticed they are having a sale too so if you haven't tried one of their patterns they are on sale for only $1.50 US right now. I'm going to order one for myself in my size and see how it turns out.
ReplyDeleteCoincidentally also my last make of the year, finished right after Christmas :)
DeleteWhat a coincidence! I made the "girl" version for my daughter in bright green sweatshirt fleece!
DeleteGreat start to 2014 ~ I would love to give this pattern a go! Just loving the quirkiness of the design lines -
ReplyDelete* it will remain DownUnder for life in amongst my other patterns
* it will be showcased to the world
* favourite make of 2013 would have to be Butterick 5917 ~ just the easiest and most stylish dress EVER!!! You can jazz it up for evening, or play it down for daytime.
Enjoy the start to 2014 ... J
Lovely pattern- I like Katherine Tilton's patterns because they always have something out of the ordinary... My favorite make this year was my Hawthorn dress, by Colette patterns. Very feminine and easy to wear.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite make last year was B5748 a retro butterick dress which the bodice fitted great and I made 3 different versions. If I won I would share the pattern love with my local sewing friends - the Wellington sewing bloggers network
ReplyDeleteMy favourite make last year was V8766 as part of a Craftsy class. Thanks for the chance in the giveaway.
