Make It Happen!

Today is International Women's Day.

It started here in North America back in 1909 and has spread around the world. This year's International Women's Day's theme is make it happen. It is a rally call for the countless issues facing women today, depending on what part of the world you are standing in. We might think that issues change over time.

Or do they just change locations?

As we celebrate International Women's day, I hope that we can consider and remember that how we make it happen is just as important.

Happy Sewing!
