Poor quality, ...I gave up on RTW knickers ages ago. Poor quality, not the style I wanted, and - biggest reason of all - poor fit. (Not necessarily the manufacturer's problem. I have a LOT of fitting anomalies.)<br /><br />Rather than starting with a pattern, I just sort of/more or less copied the least-ill-fitting RTW pair I owned. About six tries later, I had my pattern. I am quite sure it would have taken me just as many goes as if I started with a commercial pattern.
